GRAVELLO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Gravello, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

1. Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery (for non-sale items).

2. Non-Returnable Categories

Due to strict hygiene standards, the following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Caps, hats

  • Masks

  • Boxers

  • Shorts

  • Tank tops

  • Crop tops

  • Bodysuits

  • Baby tees

  • Stickers or stationery products

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  1. The item appears used, washed, damaged, or altered

  2. The product is returned in poor condition

  3. The issue is due to customer mishandling

4. Defective / Wrong / Damaged Products

If the product delivered to you is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Wrong item

  • Missing item

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Our support team will verify the issue and arrange a free pickup if valid.

5. Return Pickup

  • Pickup will be arranged within 48 hours after approval.

  • Reverse pickup charge: ₹100 (applies to normal returns, not defective cases).

  • Ensure the product is packed securely as originally delivered.

6. Refund Method

Since you do not want a Gravello Wallet system, all refunds will be processed via:

→ Original Payment Method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer (customer must provide account details)

Refunds may take 5–7 working days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, Gravello does not support direct exchanges.
You may place a new order after the refund is processed.

8. Return Limit

Each order can be returned maximum two (2) times.

9. Fraud Prevention

We monitor unusual return patterns.
Fraudulent activities will be blocked and may be reported to authorities.
