TERMS & CONDITIONS — GRAVELLO

Welcome to Gravello (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website gravello.in and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. USE OF OUR WEBSITE

By using this website and placing an order, you agree that you will:

  • Use this website only to make genuine enquiries and valid purchases.

  • Not place any false, fraudulent or malicious orders. Any suspicious order may be cancelled, and we may notify appropriate authorities.

  • Provide accurate and complete information including your email address, postal address and contact details. This information may be used to communicate with you regarding your order.

  • Understand that incomplete, incorrect, or missing information may prevent us from processing or delivering your order.

2. CONTRACT

Once you place an order:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation via email/SMS.

  • After dispatch, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation with tracking details.

Your order is considered accepted only after the Shipping Confirmation is sent.

3. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. In case:

  • A product is out of stock, or

  • There are issues with supply,

We may offer substitute products of similar value/quality. If you do not wish to accept the substitute, we will issue a full refund.

4. REFUSAL TO PROCESS ORDER

Although we strive to fulfil all orders:

  • Circumstances may arise where we refuse to process an order even after sending Order Confirmation.

  • We also reserve the right to modify or remove product listings, descriptions, or any website content at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for such modifications or refusal to process an order.

5. DELIVERY

Subject to product availability:

  • Orders will be shipped as per the estimated timeline provided during checkout.

  • If no date is mentioned, we aim to deliver within 30 days from Order Confirmation.

  • External delays may occur due to logistics issues, unforeseen events, or delivery-area restrictions.

Delivery is considered completed once the customer or a representative receives the product and signs the delivery receipt.

6. PRICE & PAYMENT

  • We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing on our website. If an error is found, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.

  • If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

  • We are not obligated to provide any item at an incorrectly lower price if the error is obvious or noticeable.

  • Prices displayed exclude delivery charges.

  • Prices may be modified without prior notice.

7. RETURN — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Return Eligibility

Customers may return eligible products within 15 days of delivery (for non-sale orders).

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following categories are not eligible for return:

  • Caps, hats

  • Masks

  • Boxers

  • Shorts

  • Tank tops

  • Crop tops

  • Bodysuits

  • Baby tees

  • Stickers & stationery items

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  1. The product appears used, washed, damaged, or soiled.

  2. Damage is found to be caused by the customer (excluding cases where the product was delivered damaged).

Reverse Pickup

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged only after approval by our Customer Support Team.

  • If you received a defective product, email us with images at support@gravello.in.

  • Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 48 hours.

  • Reverse pickup charges of ₹100 apply for all normal returns.

  • Sale / Clearance items are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable.

8. RETURN / REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds for returned products will exclude delivery charges.

  • Refunds will be issued to your Gravello Wallet.

  • Orders can only be returned up to two times.

  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

9. GRAVELLO WALLET — TERMS

  • Wallet balance can only be used on gravello.in.

  • Wallet balance is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.

  • Wallet credits cannot be used offline/in retail stores.

10. PRODUCT GUARANTEE (IF APPLICABLE)

(Only include if you decide to offer a guarantee. If not, remove this section.)

11. FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Gravello actively monitors and prevents fraudulent returns or misuse.

  • Any fraudulent activities may be reported to authorities.

  • All returned items undergo strict quality and authenticity inspection.

12. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Gravello reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

14. INVOICE

An invoice will be provided with the order upon delivery.
